Guest Group Head Office - Workplace Interior Design

Guest Group needed a workspace that aligned with their history in interior styling while still feeling contemporary, calm and highly functional. Sam approached the project with a focus on clarity, flow and a strong sense of material harmony.

The design uses warm timber, soft stone textures and grounded charcoal elements to create a professional yet welcoming atmosphere. These materials establish a tactile base that feels both sophisticated and approachable. Light is used as a structural tool, with glazing and layered screening helping to define zones without closing the space off. This creates gentle transitions between collaboration, breakout and focused work areas.

Spatial planning was centred on movement and usability. Work zones sit close to natural light, while meeting spaces and communal areas are positioned to feel connected but not disruptive. Subtle colour moments, refined detailing and a restrained palette give the workplace a calm identity that supports productivity without feeling clinical.

The result is a workspace that reflects Guest Group’s design values through comfort, purpose and understated elegance. A balanced interior that feels considered from the first step inside.
